Position: Marketing Manager

Job Description:

The Ridgefield Playhouse is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead and implement the marketing strategy for the organization. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, social media strategies, digital marketing initiatives, and advertising efforts to promote the organization’s events and programs.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote events, programs, and services
– Create and execute advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
– Manage social media accounts and engage with audiences to promote events
– Monitor and analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
– Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets and messaging
– Stay current on industry trends and best practices in marketing
– Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
– Supervise marketing staff and external vendors

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the entertainment industry
– Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and advertising strategies
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software
– Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics
