Job Description:

A reputable company is seeking a professional Receptionist to manage their front desk on a full-time basis in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support as needed. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be organized, detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude. Previous experience working in a similar role is an asset. The working hours are Monday to Friday.
