Customer Service Representative

Location: Mississauga, ON

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and via email.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with inquiries and concerns
– Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
– Processing orders and updating customer information accurately in the system
– Providing product information, pricing, and updates to customers
– Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed
– Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a customer service role
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
– Bilingual in French and English is an asset
