Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
– Providing information about products and services
– Processing orders and returns
– Handling customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
