Job Description:
– Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders
– Communicate with customers to provide updates on orders and resolve any issues
– Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
– Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
– Utilize company software systems to track orders and update customer information
– Collaborate with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and support
– Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Other duties as assigned by management
