TITLE: Customer Service Representative
LOCATION: Ontario, Canada
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, and to handle and resolve complaints. The successful candidate will be able to deliver excellent customer service, build strong relationships with customers, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide information about products and services
– Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
– Maintain customer records by updating account information
– Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits
– Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
REQUIREMENTS:
– Proven customer support experience
– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
