Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve effectively. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Key responsibilities include:
– Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
– Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions
– Processing orders and providing product information
– Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
– Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
