Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $14-16 per hour

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

– Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
– Provide product information and assistance
– Process orders and returns
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
