Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Chef de Partie to join our team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a timely manner, overseeing the work of junior kitchen staff, and ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and present dishes according to the menu specifications
– Oversee the work of junior kitchen staff and provide mentorship as needed
– Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
– Monitor and maintain inventory levels
– Assist with menu planning and development
– Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
– Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
