Job Description:
Royal Canadian Pacific is currently seeking an Assistant Train Conductor to join our team in Brampton, ON. The Assistant Train Conductor will assist the Train Conductor in the safe operation of the train and ensure that all passengers are provided with an exceptional experience while on board.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the Train Conductor in operating the train in a safe and efficient manner
– Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers on board
– Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
– Assist with the boarding and disembarking of passengers
– Perform routine maintenance tasks on the train
– Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Train Conductor

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience working in a customer service-oriented role
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
