Position: Social Media Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year

Job Description:

– Develop, implement and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
– Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
– Create engaging and original content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy
– Monitor and analyze social media data to track campaign performance and provide insights for future strategies
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
– Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to optimize campaigns
– Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner
– Regularly report on social media activities and results to management

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in social media management
– Proficiency with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of SEO and SEM is an asset
