The Assistant Vice President of Marketing Technology and Digital Operations oversees the strategy, implementation, and operations of IGM’s marketing technology platforms and digital marketing initiatives.
Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Edmonton, AB

Salary: $18 to $21 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Edmonton, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, via email, and in person. Duties will include answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
– Process orders and provide accurate information on products/services
– Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
