Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling office operations, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
Key responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and responding to emails
– Greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate personnel
– Managing office supplies and inventory
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail
– Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
– Providing administrative support to staff as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
