A Project Manager is needed to coordinate, monitor, and manage provincial Remedial Action Scheme Testing. The position requires at least nine years of IT project management experience in a complex enterprise environment or equivalent. The initial contract will be for 12 months.
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes.
Responsibilities include:
– Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
– Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
– Managing the recruitment and selection process
– Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
– Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
– Nurturing a positive working environment
– Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
– Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
– Assessing training needs to apply and monitoring training programs
– Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics
– Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of human resources management and exceptional communication and organizational skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, as well as certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) are required.
