Job Description:

Our company is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals
– Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

– Provide training and coaching to team members
– Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales objectives are met

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
