The Acceptable Maintenance Organization Transition Manager works closely with the Deputy Senior Maintenance Manager and the CMLU Transition Manager to oversee the transition of three Main Operating Bases across Canada.
Administrative Assistant

Our company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Answer and direct phone calls
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
– Provide general support to visitors
– Order office supplies
– Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
– Prepare and monitor invoices
– Maintain contact lists
– Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms

Requirements:

– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
