Position: Customer Experience Representative

Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year

We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and a passion for helping others. This role will involve responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
– Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
– Provide product information and pricing details to customers
– Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as needed
– Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and implement new processes
– Meet or exceed customer service metrics and KPIs on a consistent basis

Qualifications:

– Previous customer service experience is required
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
