Description:

We are seeking a friendly, professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key responsibilities include:

– Greeting clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Managing and coordinating meeting room bookings
– Sorting and distributing mail
– Assisting with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
– Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. A professional appearance and strong customer service skills are a must.
