Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 a year

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, and have a strong attention to detail. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. This position requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide information about products and services
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Maintain customer records and update information as needed
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Meet performance targets and KPIs
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Knowledge of industry best practices and customer service principles
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset
