Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team with administrative tasks, coordinating client meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation
– Schedule and coordinate client meetings and appointments
– Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to ensure smooth workflow
– Assist with sales presentations and proposals
– Maintain and update customer database
– Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and address inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
– Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed

Qualifications:
– 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
