Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 a year

Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Providing information about products and services
– Resolving customer complaints and issues
– Processing orders and payments
– Maintaining customer relationships
