Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
– Resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary
– Processing orders and returns
– Updating customer account information
– Providing product information and recommendations
– Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
