Job Description:
We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
– Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
– Maintain customer records and update databases as needed
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail
