Customer Service Representative

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help our customers and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other issues
– Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving skills
