Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency, managing budget and resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of employees and provide guidance and support as needed
