Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
– Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
– Provide administrative support to staff and managers
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Manage office supplies and equipment
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail
– Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks
– Coordinate meetings and events
– Assist with office projects and special assignments as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Organized and detail-oriented
– Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
