Title: Assistant Retail Manager

Location: Victoria, BC

Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per year

Description:
Our client, a leading retail company in Victoria, BC, is looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Retail Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist the Retail Manager in planning and executing strategies to drive sales
– Supervise, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
– Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards
– Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
– Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed
– Act as a brand ambassador and promote company values and culture

Qualifications:
