The team meeting discussed project status reports, budget tracking including purchase orders, invoices, and sponsorship requests, as well as the build process. The team has in-depth knowledge of Rogers cable footprint and is capable of managing multiple projects at once.
Customer Service Representative

Location: Surrey, BC

Salary: $17-19 per hour

Responsibilities:
– Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
– Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
– Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
– Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
– Meet personal/customer service team’s targets and call handling quotas
– Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements:
– Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
– Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– High school diploma or equivalent
