The Incident Manager is a crucial member of the IT Operations team, responsible for coordinating and communicating during incidents to ensure the smooth operation of the product and business. They play a key role in incident management, facilitation, and communication.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to new and existing customers. You will be expected to build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads to drive sales growth
– Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
– Present and demonstrate products to potential clients
– Negotiate and close sales deals
– Provide after-sales support to customers as needed

Requirements:
– Previous sales experience in a similar industry preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent customer service skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
