Job Description:
Our client, a leading non-profit organization in the healthcare sector, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to provide leadership and strategic direction to the organization. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations, including financial management, program development, fundraising, and community engagement.
Key responsibilities:
– Provide strategic leadership and vision to the organization, ensuring that all activities align with the mission and goals of the organization
– Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services to meet the needs of the community
– Manage the organization’s budget and financial resources, ensuring accountability and transparency in financial management
– Lead and mentor a team of staff and volunteers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
– Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, funders, and community partners

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Experience working with a Board of Directors
– Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing non-profit organizations
