Support Manager is responsible for working closely with support technicians, clinical and application specialists, and engineering to set service level agreements. They also act as a major incident manager during system outages to support Level 1 and perform root cause analysis.
The job description is for a “Sales Manager – Digital” position and includes the following responsibilities:
– Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
– Leading and motivating a sales team to meet and exceed targets
– Analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
