Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company and providing strategic guidance to help the organization reach its financial goals. Responsibilities:
– Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
– Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes
– Monitor and report on key financial metrics to track the company’s performance
– Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
– Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies
– Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategic financial plans
– Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to drive profitability

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
