Operations Manager

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000

Job Type: Full-time

Our client is seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and manage all operational aspects of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow, ensuring all employees are adequately trained, overseeing customer service operations, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
– Hire, train, and supervise a team of employees
– Monitor and improve operational practices
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
