Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year

Our company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
– Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed
– Answer and direct phone calls and emails
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
– 2+ years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
