The intern will support the accounting department of a shipyard, assisting with financial reporting, analysis of results, documenting procedures, and providing project support. This position covers various accounting tasks related to vessels and cruise ships.
Position: Social Media Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to steer our social media presence and mission. The successful candidate will lead our social media strategy through the creation and execution of timely, high-quality content that engages audiences across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to achieve business goals
– Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
– Monitor social media analytics to track performance and optimize strategies for better engagement
– Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align social media strategies with overall business goals
– Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence
– Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
– Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
– Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and performance metrics
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
– Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
