Production Manager

Job Description:

MagiXYZ Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the production team, ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, schedule, and coordinate production processes to meet customer demands
– Monitor and manage production budgets and expenses
– Train, supervise and motivate production staff
– Implement quality control measures to ensure product specifications are met
– Develop and maintain production reports and documentation
– Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and efficiency
– Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
– Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Knowledge of production and operational best practices
– Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software
