Title: Technical Support Specialist

Location: Montreal, Quebec

Description:

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and troubleshooting, as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
– Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
– Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
– Provide training and support to customers on new products or features
– Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support

Qualifications:

– 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
– Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Technical certification (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco) is a plus
