Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $18 – $22 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide solutions and recommendations to customers regarding product-related issues.
3. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a calm and courteous manner.
7. Assist with sales and promotional activities as needed.
8. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
