They will be assigned special projects related to project management, contracts, and shipbuilding welding. Strong curiosity about project management/contracts and good knowledge of shipbuilding welding are required for this opportunity.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service at all times. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
– Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting
– Process orders and returns
– Maintain accurate customer records
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills
