INVISTA is looking to hire a Project Manager at their site in Kingston, Ontario. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their engineering team.
Job Description:

– Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
– Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
– Process customer orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery
– Maintain accurate customer records and data in the system
– Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment
– Collaborate with sales team to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
– Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
– Other clerical and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Detail-oriented and organized
– Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
– Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
