The Senior Manager of Reimbursement and Value & Access at Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Canada Inc. will report to the Senior Director and be responsible for overseeing various reimbursement and access strategies for the company.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Providing information about products and services
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
– Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
