Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
– Set sales targets and goals for the team
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
– Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
– Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
– Collaborate with marketing team to create effective sales campaigns
– Attend industry events and conferences to promote company products and services
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
– Proven track record of success in sales management
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
