Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:
– Answer phones and greet visitors
– Manage office supplies and equipment
– Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
– Prepare and maintain documents and records
– Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
– Coordinate with other departments as needed
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
– Provide general administrative support to staff

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Prior experience in an administrative role preferred
– Proficiency in MS Office programs
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
