Description:
– As a Customer Service Representative, you will utilize your skills and experience to provide high-quality customer service via phone or virtual chat for a leading telecommunications company.
– Customer inquiries will primarily be focused on billing and account inquiries, technical support, service changes, renewals, and retention.
– The ideal candidate will be dependable, good natured, and eager to help solve problems and delight customers.
– Candidates must have their own equipment, including a computer and high-speed internet, in order to work remotely.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
– At least six months to one year of customer service experience preferred.

– Fluent in English; bilingual skill in French or Spanish is an asset.
– Must have access to a quiet, private home office.
