Horizon Recruitment Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager who is proficient in building and presenting PowerPoint presentations, as well as possessing strong organizational and project management skills. The ideal candidate should also be familiar with various sourcing strategies.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals
– Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities
– Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to create and execute sales campaigns
– Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
– Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
