Position: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Location: Calgary, AB

Salary: $20 – $22 per hour

Our company is currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Calgary. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Provide administrative support to team members as needed
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
– Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
