The Operations Manager position reports to the Diagnostic Imaging Clinical Manager and works with the Administrative Lead to ensure practice standards are met. This role involves collaboration with other managers to deliver effective operational support at all job levels.

Description:
Our client, a prominent construction company, is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee and manage a variety of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety regulations, and managing project budgets and schedules. The Construction Manager will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
– Plan, organize, and direct construction projects from start to finish
– Oversee the construction teams and subcontractors
– Manage project budgets and schedules
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
– Review and interpret construction plans and specifications
– Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients
– Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction
– Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
– Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation as required
– Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
– Provide leadership and support to project teams

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
– Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
