Job Description
Position: School Admin Assistant
Location: Scarborough, ON
Salary: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
Our client, an elementary school in Scarborough, ON, is currently seeking a School Admin Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school’s principal and staff.
Key responsibilities of the School Admin Assistant include:
– Managing the school office, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries
– Maintaining student records and managing student registration processes
– Assisting with scheduling and organizing school events and meetings
– Coordinating school transportation services
– Providing administrative support to the principal and other school staff as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an educational setting
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
