Job Description:
We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to network systems, hardware, and software.

Responsibilities:
– Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
– Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
– Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
– Provide technical support to end users in person, over the phone, or via email
– Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
– Test and evaluate new technology
– Perform daily IT help desk operations

Requirements:
– Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
– Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
– Strong troubleshooting skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work well in a team
– Good time management skills
