Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
– Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
– Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Handle other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
